In Person Exhibition

CNDA customizes every event experience to maximize the time you’ll get to spend with our professional conference audience in the following ways.

• Our exhibitor area is located right next to the general session classroom.

• Complimentary breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

• Doctors must pass by exhibitors to get to refreshments, coffee, and tea.

• Exhibitor breaks allow for enough time to visit exhibitors but not wander off.

• On Friday evening there will be a waterfront welcome reception.

Digital Exhibition

Exhibitor essentials include digital publicity and visibility via the brand new CNDA website as well as many WHOVA platform features including:

• Digital booth setup and management.

• Robust platform help and support guides.

• *New for 2024* Digital lead collection and retrieval for online visits PLUS in-person QR Codes let our exhibitors scan visiting in-person attendee leads into the system.

• Exhibitors also gain exclusive access to participate in our passport contest where attendees can collect stamps each time they claim deals & offerings, post a comment, and like a booth.

Exhibitor Essential packages must be purchased in order to exhibit live at CNDA 2024 and purchase onsite add-on exclusives.
